Yes there are some unfortunate aspects to the manner in which the complainant approached the discrimination he experienced, but the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal absolutely made the correct decision. Gender-based hiring preferences have no place in Canadian society and are an affront to the fundamental rights of women and men.
