About CCMF
Filling the gaps in men's services.
We're a registered mental-health and social-service charity working for a healthy future for men, boys and their families.
The Canadian Centre for Men and Families is the nation's hub for boys, men, fathers and families. For too long, the specific struggles men face — in mental health, fatherhood, and as survivors of abuse — have gone unseen and unserved.
We exist to change that. Through counselling, peer support, legal clinics, emergency shelter and national advocacy, we meet men where they are and walk with them toward a healthier future — because healthy men make healthy families and healthy communities.

What we focus on
Three urgent gaps we're working to close.
- 01
Mental health & suicide prevention
Men account for roughly 75% of suicides. We reach those at highest risk with peer support, counselling and connection.
- 02
Fathers & families
We help fathers stay present in their children's lives through separation, divorce and the family-court system.
- 03
Survivors of abuse
We believe and support male survivors of domestic violence — including Canada's first family shelter for men and children.
